Star Rail.
Solved.

Sister site to KeqingMains, built for Honkai: Star Rail. Same community model, same obsessive theorycrafting, different game.

HoYo announced Honkai: Star Rail and the KQM Discord pretty much melted down asking whether there'd be a sister site. I'd been thinking about it for months.

The hard lesson from KQM had been that guide quality was downstream of the community, not the platform. So for HSR I started the community first. Discord channels, review process, contributor onboarding. Then the site went live after there were already people writing for it.

Fork the KQM stack, rebrand, re-theme. The publishing model transferred almost 1:1. Same review workflow, same GitHub-based content management.

Content leans harder into maths than Genshin's because HSR is turn-based. Action economy and break mechanics matter more than reaction coefficients.
